With more than 25 years at Extend A Home, Nick brings a wealth of construction and project management experience to every project. As a licensed builder and Contracts Manager, he helps bridge the gap between design and construction, ensuring projects are practical, compliant, and aligned with each client’s vision.

Nick’s knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to quality make him a trusted guide throughout the building journey, helping homeowners achieve outstanding results with confidence.

Chris has more than 40 years of residential building experience, beginning his career as a carpenter and joiner in 1985. A licensed builder, he also operated his own building company for 14 years.

Chris joined Extendahome as a contractor in 1992 and became Construction Supervisor in 2003. He has since overseen countless home additions and renovations across Sydney, bringing strong practical knowledge, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Known for his professionalism, reliability and approachable nature, Chris is committed to delivering every project to a high standard.

Alison joined Extendahome in July 2026, bringing extensive experience in building management, administration and organisational leadership across government and the not-for-profit housing sector.

Working closely with directors Tony O’Neill and Peter Wisniewski, Alison supports the day-to-day operations of the business across administration, finance, human resources, marketing and client services. She also oversees business systems, compliance, workflow processes, payroll, accounts and contractor payments.

Known for her practical and organised approach, Alison focuses on creating efficient processes that support the team, maintain a high standard of client service and help the business continue to grow.

Michael has more than 40 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, beginning his career as a carpenter and joiner in 1981. His background includes roles as Site Manager, Contracts Administrator and Estimator.

Michael first joined Extendahome in 1992 and returned in 2016 after several years in new home construction. As Senior Estimator, he works closely with the team to prepare project costings, assess construction requirements and support design feasibility.

His practical building knowledge, attention to detail and extensive industry experience help ensure projects are accurately scoped and budgeted from the outset.

Hope joined Extendahome in 2018 and plays a key role in managing building administration from start to finish, including contracts, council submissions, approvals and the behind-the-scenes processes that keep projects moving smoothly.

A trusted source of support for both clients and colleagues, Hope also helps implement new technology, IT systems and device upgrades across the business.

Friendly, approachable and highly experienced, her attention to detail and extensive knowledge make her an invaluable part of the Extendahome team.

With more than 15 years’ experience, Hellen is a highly experienced Building Designer known for creating thoughtful, practical and beautifully resolved homes.

Her strong spatial awareness and intuitive approach allow her to turn challenging site conditions, including difficult access and sloping blocks, into creative design opportunities. Hellen focuses on understanding how each client lives and developing solutions that balance functionality, comfort and aesthetic appeal.
